We stay small so that the person you talk to on the first call is the lawyer who does your work. There are no associates to hand you off to, and no call center.
Most of what we do is a flat fee: wills, home closings, deeds, an LLC. When something has to be billed by the hour, like a contested estate, we say so at the start, estimate the range and send updates as it goes.
If your question belongs with another firm, a divorce or a criminal charge for example, we'll tell you on the first call and give you names of lawyers we trust.
