Demo site by Old York Digital. Marlow & Pike isn't a real law firm. I made it up to show what a firm's site can do, and its people, prices and details are invented too. Nothing here is legal advice.

Planning for long-term care, Medicaid applications and protecting a spouse at home.

Long-term care is expensive, and the rules for getting help paying for it are strict. Medicaid looks back at gifts and transfers made in the five years before an application, so the earlier a family plans, the more choices it has.

We help families work out what care will cost, what a spouse at home can keep, and how to apply. When someone can no longer manage their own affairs and never signed a power of attorney, we also handle guardianship in the Montgomery County Orphans' Court.

Many of these calls come in a hurry. We keep time open each week for families who need an answer quickly, and we'll visit at home or in the hospital.
